Details:
Since r7281, it is possible to select less than one local team for network
game.
The "feature" introduced in r7131 does not work anymore. It was quite tricky
to make it work since the SpinButton::SetMinValue() must have been called at
right time (that is after the first successful team addition).
This bug delays the release.
