Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15153 (project wormux):
I am against fixing this bug for multiple reasons:
1.) You can't start a game then with an observer (bug #15157)
2.) A player might still get no team when there are already 4 teams when he
joins.
If we really want to fix this bug then I suggest the attached patch, which
still displays a 1/4 full team circle when there is 1 local team. I find it
confusing when it's empty but you have one team.
