No reason it can't be available under multiple licenses. This can
sometimes make porting it easier, as you begin to eliminate problems of
license incompatibilities. It's just a matter of the copyright holder
declaring it so.

Like I said happy to put whatever you like on there, let's just figure
out a use-case and then we can pick the best license for it. :)
