Since we're doing a much faster release cycle, we're not going to
maintain 2.1. We'll do 2.2.x as needed until 2.3 comes out. For 2.3
or 2.4 we'll make an extended maintenance commitment. I don't think
we can do maintenance for every 2.x release and remain sane. Maybe
maintaining every third release would be reasonable.
I'm a little late, but here are RC3 packages. I even remembered to
bump the version this time.
