Just as a test, I tried 2.3b2 on one of my blogs, and it worked maybe 15 minutes before the database got bombed, and the site stopped generating content. My fix was to restore from a previous database, but I'm a little bummed over this and I'm not inclined to do this again. 

I can give you some technical stuff if you need it.
