Forgive my lack of understanding. I have an older version of WS-FTP but have
only used it occasionally, and long in the past.
Want to get in on this deal but am totally lost. Have been paying for an unlimited
Web Hosting for about a year but all I've got out of it is criticism for putting
things in the wrong directories.
Question #1: How about using it as a FTP site with user ID and password access?
Question #2: I'm anticipating here; what is the "Root Directory"?
Would like to buy the new product but don't want to get into just another frustration.
