Forgive me if you already know this.   When you change the port number on the FTP Server, users must access the site by specifying the port number in the URL.    If you are trying to connect with a browser you should use the following format: ftp://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port/ If you are connecting to port 21, (the default ftp port) the :port can be left off.
