Ok.. What the customer wants to do is setup WS_FTP Server 2.x on port 69.

When I do this, clients can connect logon and that's it! They see no
folders,  no .. to go up one directory nothing. They are logged on but
that's all. They can't upload, or download or see anything.

I've forwarded all ports dealing with 69 to the FTP server inbound and
outbound. Firewall is done the same way.

When I do switch it back to port 21 everything is fine.
