I have just downloaded and installed WS_FTP PRO version 7.62 and have got a connection following the tutorial.  My installation did not follow the expected appearances in the tutorial. "user/users/ did not show up in the "remote system" like the tutorial said it would.  On the left side I have C drive on the right I have several files.   I have nothing in my remote system to contact to and have no idea what to do about it in spite of spending eleven months in the help guide.
