I've searched the knowledge base but didn't find anything to address my difficulty.
Here's the situation:
When I open WS FTP and attempt to connect to my web site, I get this message: "Address lookup of "ftp://www.thecoffeeisland.com"; failed. It may be misspelled, or your computer may not be connected to the network or Internet.
With ws_ftp, use ftp.thecoffeeisland.com . I just tried it and got your server's greeting.
