When I try to unsubscribe on the link (http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html) , give it my name and email address, choose the thing I want to unsubscribe, and click submit, this is what I get. Below is a screen shot and it may not come through but it's an error page where the link, after clicking submit, does not exist or is not available. Do you have any other ideas?
