Just spoke to a friend at ipswitch she said that you have to use this form: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.asp , she claims no knowledge of how the recipient list keeps getting replaced. It may be that someone in dev updates the web server and overlays old lists.
I hope this is of real help, I would keep this IP handy if it re-occurs.
