Of course, if you're on a Mac and use iSync, then your URLs move from computer to computer when you log in and, if you have to use a PC, they're stored on a web page for you, updated each time you synchronise. A simple thing, but truly marvellous, and built in to the OS.
Most URLs are autofilled now when you type, but that's often annoying.
