Suggest you read the explanation the validator gives (you are using the W3C validator?) rather than just the line that says there's a problem. The answer is right there. I quote:
"Entity references start with an ampersand (&) and end with a semicolon (;). If you want to use a literal ampersand in your document you must encode it as "&" (even inside URLs!)."
