....try Rogers other flexible box method [1]... I quickly tried it with you image and got the top corners working OK. I don't have time to complete an example just now but I expect the rest of it should come along with changing the some padding and margins.

The trick is to make sure your 'inner content' is clear from the gradient of your graphics.
