Don't assume anything... whether or not it's best practice.

Good points you make here Lisa. If I could pick up on the term "best practice" too. It drives me and my colleagues mad, because people seem to use it as an excuse not to think sometimes. We prefer the term "better practice", and to keep to the horse analogy, I guess it's all horses for courses!
