Hi Kevin, If you have already created the html and css for the form, then the developer should have no trouble fitting your structure into the .net framework (we do it ever day here!).
It sounds like he wants to use the default pre-made controls for it? Which is unfortunately how a lot of .net developers work... but it is definitely possible for him to use your html. It will just take him a little bit more time. Does this and the other replies help??
