Won't guarantee this is the source of your woes, but on the Operations page, the <h2>OPERATIONS isn't closed.
Yes - how embarrassing! Can't believe I did that!
Another couple of minor points - I'd suggest adjusting the line spacing on your <li>s - in Firefox they look crowded by comparison with the para above; I'd also suggest using spaced endashes (#8211;) rather than hyphens where appropriate e.g. dividing the Latin and common names of the weeds illustrated.
