Not quite understand the comment.  Isn't this the very fundamental of website?

Or do you actually see web designer builds site with links that leads to 
nowhere ? :-) 

Broken link due to out-dated page or external link to other site that one has 
no control do not count.

But if you are referring to JQM that somehow there is no links to real pages if 
no javascript available, please visit the site, try out a few demos with 
javascript ON, then turn it off, and browse again.
