Hi Uli,
Many thanks for your report. We are well aware that some CAT control
issues remain in WSJT-X v1.3. They can be traced to the hamlib library
functions for certain rigs, and we are working to get them fixed. The
next release of WSJT-X will have some major changes in the rig-control code.
In the meantime, you will need to run with the polling interval set to 0.

I did again some tests with WSJT-X V1.3r3673. The problem I had with cat
control in older versions is still present. When polling interval is not
set to zero then sometimes WSJT-X terminates without any notice. This
happens often a short time after I change the frequency (in WSJTX or at
the rig). When polling interval is set to zero there is no problem. My
system is Windows 7 64bit and the rig is a FT-847 (cat rate set to 57600).
