Yes, it has libhamlib3.a in hamlib3\mingw32\lib

But I think this particular version is a very early version of what you
made, but I'm not sure, I could extract any date infomation other that
it was from your ~Git repo, as I didn't add it to the SDK.

I know the version I have works well for FT-2000 & 1000MP on WSJT-X, but
that's all I can attest too.

That would be good. I doubt I'll add MSYS or Git-Bash to the SDK at this
point, maybe in v2.0 which I'm working on now.
