Yes, for users of Fedora I have submitted a review request to the RPM
Fusion non-free repository, though no one has picked it up yet.

So as long as the rpmfusion repositories are installed, a "yum install
wsjtx kvasd" would be sufficient.
Unfortunately I can't make wsjtx dependent on kvasd as that would be
against the guidelines.
