I have started to receive errors today with WSJT-X v1.4.0-rc3 r4633. SETUP: Kenwood TS-570D - VOX PTT; no CAT, DTR or RTS SignaLink USB sound card Sony VAIO (VPCCB) laptop w/ Windows 7 (64b) Home Premium WSTJ-X v1.4-rc3 r4633 Operating Freq: 24.917000 MHz Operating Mode: JT9+JT65 (currently set for JT65 #) Decode: Deepest JTAlertX v2.5.5 Applications Auto-Start: C:\WSTJ\wstjx\bin\wstjx.exe (Start & Close) Logging: DXLab DXKeeper v12.6.3 [PF] Library: DXLab Pathfinder v5.0.1
ERRORS: 1) A pop-up error window exclaims: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." 2) Simultaneously,the following is displayed in the Band Activity window: "Error in KV decoder, or no KV decoder present." I have restarted the software a few times, as well as the laptop, but errors still occur randomly. Closing the pop-up window allows operator intervention with the software - the software continues to download and decode signals after errors are reported.
