Hi All,

I have seen that few days ago.
WSJTX and JTalarm use a directory that NORMALLY NOT EXIST.
My login name is sandro so the directory is
C:\Users\Sandro\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X
Start WSJTX and open a DOS window:

Microsoft Windows [Versione 6.1.7601]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. Tutti i diritti riservati.

C:\Windows\System32>dir C:\Users\Sandro\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X
  Il volume nell'unità C è BOOT
Numero di serie del volume: BE05-58B6

  Directory di C:\Users\Sandro\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X

17/12/2014 22:51 <DIR> .
17/12/2014 22:51 <DIR> ..
17/12/2014 22:51 0 .lock
17/12/2014 22:51 67 decoded.txt
17/12/2014 22:48 2.048 kvasd.dat
17/12/2014 22:48 22 wsjtx_status.txt
                4 File 2.137 byte
                2 Directory 26.877.714.432 byte disponibili

OK, now close WSJTX and redo command:
C:\Windows\System32>dir C:\Users\Sandro\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X
  Il volume nell'unità C è BOOT
Numero di serie del volume: BE05-58B6

  Directory di C:\Users\Sandro\AppData\Local\Temp
File non trovato (FILE NOT FOUND in en_US)

Now, with JTalarm active and closing WSJTX the directory continue to exist.
Restarting WSJTX this ghost directory can cause the errors at point 1.

For the kvasd errors see the Bill detailed instruction or for a test
download from SF site and put it in directory of wsjtx.exe
