57.6 kBaud is sufficient for any CAT traffic between WSJT-X and you rig. 
If you have other traffic then WSJT-X is not going to work reliably 
since the Hamlib library used by WSJT-X is synchronous and cannot handle 
unsolicited traffic.

Generally, dumb virtual serial port splitters that simply replicate 
serial port traffic to multiple clients are not supported. If you need 
to have multiple clients for your rig's CAT port then you must use a 
smart intermediary such as OmniRig or the Hamlib network rig control server.
