Hi Joe, Bill, All,

I'm back at the ranch now, so I'll start updating the kvasd-installer 
section, then update both JTSDK Win32 / *Nix to enable building docs on 
1.5.0 and v1.6.0. I'll create a branch and tag after I go through the 
kvasd-installer source code.

For non Ubuntu PPA installs, where would you like me to post the source 
tarball? At present, I think Joe is the only one that has access to the 
files section on SF WSJT.

I should have the updates posted later this evening.
