Steve's new scheduler seemed to work OK last evening, but overnight
somehow the "Tx Enable" button turned itself off?? I never transmitted
after 0702 UTC. No idea why.

I had intended the WSPR Tx frequency to be controlled by the spinner on
Tab 3. For consistency, however, moving the marker on the waterfall
scale should update the spinner. I'll fix it.
