The band hopping schedule is not something that can be changed without changing it for everyone, the intent is to congregate all band hoppers on the same bands at the same time to maximize the number of spots posted to wsprnet.org.
OTOH the latest version of WSJT-X allows you to include any band with a defined WSPR working frequency in you band hopping schedule and they will be randomly picked whenever a coordinated schedule band slot is not available. So for example if you tick the 6m and 4m check boxes in the Day schedule and un-tick the bands that will not have useful daytime DX propagation like 160m, 80m, 60m, 40m and 30m then 4m and 6m may be scheduled in the now vacant HF slots slots. They will compete with random chance along with 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m and 10m for the vacant slot.
