I chased it down. In autogen.sh change the three --version check
lines to get rid of the input redirect e.g.
("$AUTORECONF" --version) < /dev/null > /dev/null 2>&1 || {
to
("$AUTORECONF" --version) > /dev/null 2>&1 || {
The < /dev/null was making it crash and shouldn't be necessary anyways.
Builds fine now on Win 7 64-bit.
