Use rigctl-wsjtx to test your radio and report back what it says. rigctl-wsjtx -m 227 -r com1 -s 9600 -vvvvv Try to read/set freq, vfo, split, mode, and ptt Those are example com port and baud. You don't say what error you're getting. de Mike W9MDB From: Edfel Rivera <edfelj...@gmail.com> To: wsjt-devel@lists.sourceforge.net Sent: Wednesday, August 3, 2016 5:40 PM Subject: [wsjt-devel] Kenwood TM V71 not recognized - WSJTX Devel Hi:
Thank you very much for the work on WSJTX. Not problem at all use HF, it recognizes my Kenwood 480 and I could make QSO from 6m to 80m. However when trying to explore VHF other modes besides JT65 JT9, WSJTX Devel is not able to recognize the rig (Kenwood TM v71). Both rigs use signalink USB as TNT. Thanks.
