Does seem like another RC is due....many problems have been fixed so broader
testing would be beneficial.Personally, I'd like to see perhaps 48 hours at
least of a rev with no major bug reports on it.  Though the latest changes
aren't very drastic  I'm always leary of gotchas....
I've got a low impact pull request for hamlib outstanding that just fixes
licensing issues so the backend is all LGPL now but that should no effect.

 Subject: [wsjt-devel] QRA64 bug fixes

Hi all,

I'm happy to report that the two annoying and hard-to-diagnose bugs in
WSJT-X v1.7 have been fixed.  One caused unpredictable frequency jumps
in MSK144 mode; the other caused crashes when decoding was attempted in
QRA64 mode.  Both affected only some users.

Meanwhile, Steve has made several significant improvements to clean up
the MSK144 decoder, Bill has cleaned up the way 6-digit locators used
(when necessary) in WSPR mode, and a few other minor bugs and anomalies
in the user interface have been fixed.

Is it time for another candidate release, "-rc2" ?  Perhaps this time we
can do it for all of our normal platforms ?
