This patch adds two things to the Sample Download dialog.

#1 SSL will be ignored automatically if the capability is not present.
#2 You can explicitly turn off SSL in the Details -- in other words even if you have SSL you can still turn it off for any reason such as you're seeing SSL error messages in WSJT-X.

Hi Mike, Claude & all,

thanks for the patch Mike. I have submitted a change based on the patch, I made a few other changes to fix some related problems.

Revision r7379 fixes the message box that was intended to allow the user to override SSL/TLS errors that might occur due to baulked OpenSSL builds and/or out of date or incomplete CA certificate stores. Errors that are ignored at the discretion of the user are only ignored for the current session.

This revision also introduces an option in the sample downloader details pane that allows the downloads to be done via HTTP requests alone even if the server tries to redirect to HTTPS, this only works because SourceForge serve identical content for both schemes so may not work indefinitely.

There is now no need to install OpenSSL on MS Windows although many users will already have it as part of other packages. As above this also relies on SourceForge continuing to serve identical content from their file servers and mirrors fro HTTP and HTTPS.
