Hi Keith and Siegfried, I downloaded r7405 (the official release) and have been trying all afternoon to reproduce this problem and cannot succeed. No faults after several hours. I wonder what is different with my setup:
MacBook Pro with OSX 10.11.6. Mac USB to powered hub: hub USB to SignaLink box with VOX PTT control to Kenwood TS-870s, audio and PTT line to data port of rig; second port of hub USB-Serial adapter by Star Tech Com with FTDI chipset to serial port of rig. CAT Control via “Hamlib NET rigctl” and rigctld-wsjtx from WSJT-X app. TX power 10-20W. There are no other user applications running at the same time as WSJT-X. I don’t recall having this problem with 10.9, or 10.10 or 10.11.
