Hi Pino,

the above transaction is not unusual in any way. It is the last part of 
the WSJT-X polling sequence and it is asking the rig to report its PTT 
state, which it does and it is in Rx mode.

It may be coincidence as that is the most likely last command. The 
command that fails is not interesting either, it is simply a request to 
the rig for the current dial frequency.

I do not know how the USB drivers work in Linux but I wonder is there is 
some power saving action happening that is shutting down the USB ports. 
Is there any option in the system settings to disable USB power down 
when the system suspends?
