Hi John,

I changed it to 2s, temporarily, when there were issues with DX Lab Commander rig control where audio was not being safely delayed until after Commander reported PTT asserted. This has been resolved as far as safety ic concerned, work is ongoing to speed up the overall time for switching from Rx to Tx on some rigs using Commander as a rig control proxy.

Joe asked me to revert back to the original maximum value for Tx delay, I agree with him, because if Rx to Tx latency is longer than 0.5 seconds then that is too slow and it will start to degrade the sent messages.
