This is not so much a bug report as a GUI cosmetic report.
Wide Graph Window
The bottom panel with the spectrum and waterfall controls does not present
enough margin between the panel and the window edge. Resizing the window
resizes the controls but does not provide the correct margins. Not all of
the controls show fully. The margin and padding should be increased for
that panel in relation to the central widget.
