I've seen this also happen many times. I was thinking it it was fixed
long a go.
Or otherwise there are so many old versions running that I still see me
on psrkreporter on bands that I have not used.
There should be a bit set when band change happens (in the middle of
period) that prevents pskreporter update with that period's information.
Or simply flush next decode's reporter information always after band
change no matter when change happens.
Maybe team members could comment if rc3 has that and problems are coming
from old versions still in use.
