Seems to me we have 3 choices (using what info is available and eliminating the
current behavior).
#1 keep the RST_SENT to be the signal report (still accessible in your log and
theirs) but put their grid in RST_RCVD.#2 Change both fields to grid reports#3
Simply blank the RST_RCVD field
#3 would be pretty simple to implement.

Every message receive that has a report sets it. So if there's no report it
won't get changed. Ergo...the last report message you got will stick. Does
seem a bit misleading.
