In my testing of the release version of 1.8.0 I don't see a cty.dat file get
installed.
Creating a new rig "wstjx -r cty" for example shows this in
AppData\Local\WSJTX- cty12/26/2017 08:05 AM <DIR> .
12/26/2017 08:05 AM <DIR> ..
12/26/2017 08:05 AM 172 ALL.TXT
12/26/2017 08:05 AM <DIR> save
12/26/2017 07:58 AM 0 timer.out
12/26/2017 08:05 AM 8,939 WSJT-X - cty.ini
3 File(s) 9,111 bytes
And "guessing" may have been a little hyperbolic as the cty.dat file has been
very reliable and quickly updated. Just that prefix->country isn't 100%
reliable and why it does get updated. And what about compound calls? I think
it only uses the beginning prefix, right?
