Perhaps the software should block attempts to send Tx1 below 1000 Hz if
Hound mode is enabled, and show a popup message explaining why
transmission did not start.
I believe the program blocks such attempts already. As Hound, if you
try to call Fox below 1000 Hz the program automatically moves your Tx
audio to a random frequency between 1000 and 4000 Hz.
