thanks for reporting this issue, I can confirm it is a defect which will
be fixed shortly. It was erroneously matching a field name like
APP_LoTW_OWNCALL as CALL so was finding the wrong value for your QSO
partner's callsigns. A long standing defect that was revealed by the
LoTW ADIF record ordering. If you do not compile WSJT-X yourself and
need a quick fix; I suggest processing your LoTW ADIF download with
something like ADIF Master (http://www.dxshell.com/adif-master.html) and
deleting the APP_LoTW_OWNCALL field from all records before importing
into WSJT-X.
