Sorry guys, but I really liked the reddish color for NON LoTW users so they do NOT stand out - easier to ignore. But I prefer the black text on all background colors due to my aging eyes color perception. But I do like being able to change the Rx text to WHITE on RED as its so much easier for me to read.
I have changed the LoTW user text color to black for ease of reading overall. So I will again have to check the flags on JTAlert for LoTW information. I downloaded the file and put it in it's proper place and the error no longer happens on startup. Thanks for the tip.
