I missed HI... HI Stations will not be penalized for either sending or accepting HI or AK reports in the FT8 Roundup.

It shouldn't be. Alaska and Hawaii are considered DX in both the FT8 Roundup and ARRL RTTY Roundup. I just tested it and you can input either AK and HI and it's accepted. AK and HI stations should enter DX here.
