Hi,
you may get an SSL/TLS network error when fetching a fresh LoTW users
database ("Settings->Colors->Logbook of the World User Validation"). The
WSJT-X User Guide current states that the OpenSSL v1.0.2 libraries are
required for this to work, this is incorrect for the 64-bit version of
WSJT-X, that requires the latest v1.1.0 version of the OpenSSL
libraries. The instructions are the same except use the
Win64_OpenSSL_v1.1.0k_Light package for the 64-bit version of WSJT-X.
Apologies for the release notice not containing this information, I have
only just discovered this new dependency.
