I downloaded and installed the 64 bit version of WSJT-X on my 64 bit Windows-7 computer. Changing to the Win64OpenSSL_Light-1.1_0k.exe file has resolved the problem of receiving an error message when doing a 'Fetch' of the 'lotw-user-activity,csv' file.
However, when I try to bring up Settings, either using File, Settings or the F2 key, the result is still a blank settings screen.
