+ An interchange specification is by definition dynamic. New digital modes are a common occurrence - a trend we should welcome and encourage. SUBMODE was added to the ADIF specification 6 years ago. If an application can't "keep up" with simple extensions like SUBMODE, either it's poorly structured, or its developer is incompetent.
