selection when WSJT-X is pretending to use Commander but Commander is
not actually in use?
If anyone knows would you please point me to the menu setting,
preferably with a screen shot.

Hi Andy,
The DX Lab Suite Commander interface that N1MM Logger+ emulates does not
have a way of selecting the required PTT CAT command. Unless N1MM
Logger+ has a way of defining the command to use you may be out of luck
unless VOX is usable.
