Hello Joe and all the WSJTX dev Team,

Many thanks for your big effort, I already compiled new release 2.2.0 on
my Linux OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 64 bit and made some QSO on 20m.

I would like to contribute for UI translation in Italian first and in
case any volunteers didn't appear, also for Portuguese-Brazilian
translation.

I have not direct experience with localization tools and procedures but
probably I could learn quickly how to do it.
