I hesitate to mention this because it seems trivial compared to everything else
that is going on but I note that the layout of the UI has changed somewhat in
rc1. Obviously I don't know if this is a feature, a bug, a quirk in my system,
or just a bit if beta-ness.
When compared side by side with 2.2.2 the activity windows are shorter, as well
as is the RX dB meter. There is also more space between the rig frequency box
and the Call/Grid boxes. Mostly not a big deal. This is the same whether the
existing .ini is used or a new default .ini is forced.
System is Kubuntu 18.04 (up to date) on an Asus K55A laptop (dual core HT
i5-3210M, 16G RAM, 1T SSD).
