Hi all,
this issue is fixed for the next release. It was due to a coding error
that meant file system paths containing non-ASCII characters were not
being correctly handled when creating a backup directory of old
diagnostic log files. If any other users have non-ASCII characters in
their Windows user name and wish to try out WSJT-X v2.3.0 RC2 before the
next release, please let me know and I will send a preview version that
resolves this issue.
